This is an excellent Ministry Of Education site which parents may find useful to visit. Click on 'Parent' and then click on 'Supporting Your Child's Learning. This section will give you useful ideas of activities you can do at home to support your child's learning.If your child is 5 or 6 years you will probably want to go to the 'After 1 Year at School' section (see left hand side list).
