A message from the Principal
February 2012.
Welcome to 2012 and to Hutt Central. The year promises to be a very busy one with a fair amount of change. There will be a number of new initiatives in Education which will undoubtedly challenge some of the ways we have accepted as being always the way to do things.
To consider different methods and options in one of the strengths of education in New Zealand. We just need to make sure we keep the interests and well being of children in the forefront at all times.
We welcome Kathryn McCawe and Robyn Clelland to our school this year as teachers in Room 7 and Room 12 and look forward to the contribution they will make.
I'm looking forward to catching up with you all as the year gets underway.
